Automotive Inside Sales Representative- Temporary
SSAB is one of the largest North American producers of steel plate and coil, serving various industrial markets. They are seeking an Automotive Inside Sales Representative to manage customer orders, monitor material flow, and address customer inquiries while ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities
Submit orders for production in conjunction with customer PO receipts
Monitor material flow, shipments, and invoice customers
Enter Mill Orders in SAP for all customers
Quote Customer spot buy requests: Identify options available for sale and draft quote to customers in support of Regional Sales Managers
Follow up orders placed on the mill for On-Time-Delivery: Expedite material within mill planning system where necessary
Answer and investigate all customer inquiries: Material status, invoice status, etc
Submit claims in both SAP and Americas CCC system: Provide credit notes to customers where applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Minimum of 5 years Inside Sales experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
This is a temporary position
