Responsibilities

Salesforce Administrators proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and build scalable solutions
In this role, you will create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build world-class features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations
You will design and build new features while helping implement new global initiatives
You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets
Your technical skill-set and teamwork capabilities will be key contributors to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap
While the Salesforce platform will be your primary focus, you will have the opportunity to learn and support AWS technologies

Required

5+ years Salesforce administration and CRM program management experience
Experience in Salesforce, AWS, and modern cloud integration architectures
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security frameworks
Experience leading cross-functional projects, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Preferred

8+ years Salesforce administration and CRM program management experience
Expertise in Salesforce, AWS, and modern cloud integration architectures
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional leadership on strategic initiatives
Track record of delivering complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations
Experience guiding and mentoring junior administrators
Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Data Architecture & Management Designer)
