Responsibilities

Analyze safety processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance

Partner with cross-functional teams to support safety strategies and initiatives

Assist with FAA-driven aircraft certification activities, depending on project timelines

Research best practices and prepare recommendations to strengthen inflight safety programs and policies

Develop reference guides and resources based on inflight safety communications

Support ongoing projects that enhance crew training, emergency procedures, and operational readiness

Collaborate with our Safety Management System (SMS) team to ensure regulatory compliance

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

Strong project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Reliable and punctual attendance

Successful completion of interview process

Preferred

Proficiency in Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat)

Aviation background or strong interest in the aviation industry

Knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, DOT, OSHA, or equivalent)
