Mid LevelSIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create elegant and intuitive experiences for VF Corp’s eCommerce products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that meet business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities
Design user experiences for websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs following brand guidelines
Design user journeys that feel effortless and drive conversion
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Use analytics (heatmaps, A/B testing) to iterate and improve user experiences
Stay current on design trends, tools, and eCommerce best practices
Innovate and challenge existing user experience flows
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end eCommerce design projects (web + mobile)
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Experience with user research and data-driven design
Strong visual, interaction, and storytelling skills
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end capabilities (a plus)
Familiarity with accessibility standards, SEO considerations, and performance optimization
