Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-performance science and technology facilities
Oversee all phases of design and documentation, including programming, planning, and construction administration
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Manage project financials, contracts, and consultant agreements
Guide and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture
10+ years in architectural project management, with a focus on laboratory, R&D, clean rooms, manufacturing, energy/oil & gas, or data centers
Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
Skills: Strong leadership, client management, and technical expertise in high-performance facility design
Preferred
Registered Architect (RA) preferred
