Responsibilities

Lead and execute SAP and OMP implementations and subsequent projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals
Deep experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates
Vendor collaboration, budget planning, preparing for and facilitating steering committee meetings
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impact on project outcomes
Implement change management processes for SAP and APS to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes. In addition, develop support for tracking GxP and SOX related changes
Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and implement corrective actions as needed
Create and curate program standards including tools, deliverables and document management
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices in SAP and APS through initial implementation and lifecycle management
Lead a cross functional team from the business, IT, consultants, contract manufacturer resources, and other professionals to achieve high performance and project success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 12 years of experience in program/project management, with multiple SAP and APS system implementations
Experience leading large and complex initiatives, including development of detailed timelines, milestone creation, and resource requirements to ensure timeline execution and delivery
In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and integration techniques
Experience implementing APS systems (OMP experience is desired)
Experience delivering large scale SAP projects
Expertise with agile methodology, global deployments and data migration planning
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong background implementing and maintaining GxP validated and SOX regulated systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Experience in identifying and managing project risks, with a proactive approach to mitigation
Proficiency in change management principles and techniques to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems
Experience with biotech/pharma companies both pre and post commercialization

Preferred

A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP certification) is desired
OMP experience is desired
