Prepare and review electronic medical records
Assist with general information and appointment scheduling
Process payments and assist in financial processes
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Fill medications with care and empathy
Show understanding and empathy during end-of-life decisions

Required

Previous experience in delivering exemplary client service
Passion for providing a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Superior interpersonal skills for positive working relationships
Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and occasional holidays
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role

Preferred

Previous experience in veterinary reception, medical secretary, or customer service preferred
