Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging AWS cloud services and Databricks environments
Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support model training and inference
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML components into enterprise applications and solutions
Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models, ensuring performance, reliability, and security standards are met
Implement MLOps practices for version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring of deployed models
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to guide junior engineers and ensure best practices are followed
Create technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures to support maintainability and knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions using AWS services (S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Step Functions, etc.) and Databricks
Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Solid understanding of distributed data processing, model lifecycle management, and MLOps principles
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and RAG architectures
Experience integrating AI/ML systems with enterprise applications and APIs, including chatbot or conversational AI solutions
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
Experience with data governance, security, and compliance within cloud environments
Certifications in AWS Machine Learning or Databricks
Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience leading AI/ML project teams or contributing to enterprise-scale AI initiatives
