Swif.ai is a governance layer company focused on enabling safe AI deployment, backed by Y Combinator. They are seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand their customer base by qualifying leads and facilitating sales engagements.

Responsibilities
Research and qualify prospective customers, identifying key decision-makers within targeted accounts
Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels to generate high-quality leads
Engage prospects effectively, clearly communicating Swif.ai’s value proposition
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion
Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM (HubSpot)
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with IT leaders and enterprise decision-makers
Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for technology and security solutions
Experience or interest in selling SaaS products (preferably cybersecurity, compliance, or device management)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt quickly to new challenges
Coachable attitude with eagerness to continuously learn and improve
