Responsibilities
Solutions Analysis: Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents
Testing: Develop product specifications and design test procedures and standards
Project Management: Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities
Insights and Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports
Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends
Product and Solution Development: Carry out a range of product development and engineering activities. Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products
Work Scheduling and Allocation: Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done
Equipment Installation: Help specialists set up and test new products or processes; install complex systems with guidance
Plant and Machinery Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and repair complex plant and machinery and supervise the work of team members and contractors to ensure that the plant and machinery meet operational requirements, including conformance with regulatory and organizational health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction observation and/or construction management
Willing and able to travel throughout Western PA
Preferred
Water and sewer main utility construction preferred
