They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Site Accounting & Reporting to lead a team in providing accounting analysis across a complex legal entity structure and to partner with various departments for financial guidance and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Review monthly financial results, assess variances to forecast and provide reporting for various levels of internal management reporting needs
Partner with department heads and operational leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with FP&A, Asset Management and other departments to assist with financial budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Responsible for maintaining a high-performing team including mentoring and training staff members and identifying cross-training opportunities
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Lead and nurture a work culture with a positive attitude that promotes open, frequent and dynamic communication among staff, stimulating teamwork to accomplish desired goals and objectives
Responsible for supporting management initiatives including process standardization and simplification, financial analysis and research, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
A minimum of 10 years of accounting or financial reporting experience
Five or more years of supervisory experience
Ability to work onsite in our Overland Park, KS office location
Preferred
CPA, MBA, or a graduate degree in a finance-related field preferred
Experience with Workday Financials or other large ERP systems preferred
