Required

10 + years of enterprise networking and collaboration experience
Cisco UC/Collaboration: CUCM, Unity, Webex, SIP, Contact Center
Microsoft Teams Voice: Direct Routing, SBCs (Cisco CUBE, AudioCodes, Ribbon), hybrid deployments
Enterprise Networking: Cisco Catalyst, 9800 WLC, ISE
Security: Cisco FTD/FMC, FortiGate with FortiManager
Additional: Juniper switchgear, Mist Wireless, SIP/dial plans, VoIP protocols
Large-scale rollout experience (1,000+ devices)
Strong communication, documentation, and ability to work across voice, network, and collaboration teams
