In this position, you will focus on lead generation, account management, and building relationships with carriers and customers in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation; Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
Cold Call; Execute 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships and grow your client base
Negotiate and Market Research; Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers
Account Management; Efficiently oversee freight movement, addressing problems using our proprietary TMS software
Problem Solving; Proactively communicate with high sense of urgency when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers
Qualification
Required
Work 100% on-site at HQ in Columbus, OH
Competitive, confident, and passionate individuals
Ability to create and manage an individual book of business
Constant communication with carriers and customers
Lead Generation; Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
Execute 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships and grow client base
Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs
