The Senior Director of Sales will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with key strategic accounts and driving revenue growth through tailored solutions in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships with top-tier solar and storage developers, utilities, and EPCs. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with customer goals and EPC Power’s value proposition

Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies that address customer pain points, project requirements, and long-term growth opportunities. Lead negotiations and close complex deals involving BESS, grid-forming inverters, and hybrid systems

Identify emerging trends in renewable energy, grid modernization, and energy storage to inform product positioning and go-to-market tactics. Leverage insights to shape EPC Power’s roadmap and customer engagement strategies

Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting for key solar and storage accounts. Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive account planning and opportunity management

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development and messaging. Act as the voice of the customer within EPC Power
