Determine firm standards, policies, and procedures related to technology
Design training course materials, including handbooks, visual aids, and PowerPoint presentations
Deliver training in a variety of manners, including in-person sessions and online webinars
Participate in pilot programs such as testing new software, contacting testing users, and assisting with held desk service
Collect feedback to be used for improving future training
Qualification
Required
5+ years of training experience in a law firm environment
Experience in curriculum design
Strong interpersonal skills and patience to effectively train and communicate with end-users
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
