They are seeking a Software Engineer (Implementations) to own customer onboarding and improve processes, while managing multiple projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Own customer onboarding: We understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they're accurately integrated into our system
Process improvement: Develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Project management: Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
Work with a modern tech stack: We use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred)
Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop
Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives
Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams
Excited to learn and receive feedback from other team members
