Responsibilities

Create, Manage and Maintain spreadsheets and START Tasks to track fixture distribution

Partner with vendors and DCs to ensure timely delivery and receipt of fixtures

Create and manage store lists for distribution based on project criteria

Enter POs in both IP and Coupa

Partner with merchants to understand and clarify fixture criteria and needs for project

Communicate project status and updates with management and buying teams on an on-going basis

Special projects as assigned

Required

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects of varying priorities and produce timely and accurate data

Self-motivated team player

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience as a coordinator with emphasis on high project volume in related field

Preferred

Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred
