Responsibilities
Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring a seamless user experience
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation
Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations
Ensure that design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms
Qualification
Required
10+ Yrs Exp - UI/UX design and development
8+ Yrs Exp - Design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
8+ Yrs Exp - Front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS
7+ Yrs Exp - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
7+ Yrs Exp - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
