Responsibilities

Function payments industry, card products, and transaction lifecycle
Retail card programs and aviation-related card programs (AIRCard)
Regulatory and compliance aspects in payment
POS systems, merchant onboarding, settlement processes
Function of systems similar to those in the architecture (Azure-hosted solutions, SQL-based systems, API-driven platforms)
Collaborate on product requirements, feature mapping, and system migration planning
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
Identifying gaps in current vs. target-state product features
Communicate bridge business & technology stakeholders
