Responsibilities

System level test setup and operation across the different environments within development or production
Experience working across multi-disciplined groups of engineers

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and seven (7) years of experience
Experience leading the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments
Experience with leading design, development and/or integration of test equipment
Active and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance (not interim) is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Strong organization, coordination, planning, teaming skills, as well as written and oral communication skills
Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of or experience with equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, electronics maintenance, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers
Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers
Experience leading multi-disciplined teams
Experience with Agile Process and gate reviews
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Agile Methodologies understanding
