They are seeking Civil Field Engineering Inspection interns to support their Transportation-Construction Management team, where interns will gain hands-on experience and collaborate with engineering associates.

Responsibilities
Support inspection teams with field inspections
Verify the dimensions of prepared and completed work
Collect and prepare data for evaluation
Perform engineering with the use of computer-assisted engineering software and equipment
Prepare reports for site operations activities, including materials used and completed work
Provide support to engineering and project management associates
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related program at an ABET-accredited university
Ability to work independently with general supervision as well as within a collaborative team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Good driving record with a valid driver's license
Ability to sit, stand, climb, bend, twist, or stoop frequently and for prolonged periods, under various outside conditions
Ability to reach horizontally as well as vertically for required tasks
Ability to use construction or inspection safety equipment, including fall protection
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and shake up to 20 pounds
