2026 Transmission Internship (Massachusetts)
Eversource Energy is New England’s largest electric utility, and they are seeking a Transmission Intern to gain hands-on experience in the energy industry. The role involves supporting project teams in managing transmission projects, assisting with documentation, compliance tracking, and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with project documentation, close-out activities, and other assigned tasks
Provide clear and concise status updates on assigned tasks or project segments
Maintain accurate compliance documentation in the corporate database for regulatory audits
Assist in preparing for regulatory audits by identifying and resolving potential non-compliance issues
Help develop and implement processes and controls to ensure ongoing compliance with standards
Collaborate with operational teams to support continuous improvement in reliability and compliance
Contribute to projects that build skills in analysis, auditing, research, testing, and validation
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related Business degree
