Paid Media Strategist
Accelerated Digital Media is a digital marketing agency focused on performance media management across paid search and paid social channels. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience
Develop paid media strategies tailored to meet client goals, including budget allocation and channel selection
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign milestones
Create, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
Develop ad creatives, including ad copy, images, videos, and landing pages
Implement audience targeting and segmentation strategies
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and performance dashboards
Identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for optimization
Conduct A/B testing, ad group restructuring, and other optimization techniques
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial goals
Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance data
Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and behaviors
Create and refine audience segments to maximize ad relevance and performance
Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
Analyze competitors' paid media strategies to identify opportunities and trends
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging advertising technologies
Generate regular reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
Communicate campaign progress, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Address client queries and concerns promptly
Qualification
Required
2+ years of agency or client-side experience in digital strategy
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic advertising
Hands-on experience with DSPs such as StackAdapt
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines
Strong awareness of emerging digital trends
Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and pitches
This role is required to be based in the US or Canada
