Temporary Recruiter
NEOGOV is the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office responsible for maintaining voter registration records and administering elections. They are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to assist with recruitment efforts for elections and perform various administrative tasks such as screening candidates and coordinating onboarding.

Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
Manage job postings and applicant tracking system updates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support the offer process and onboarding coordination
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in data entry from a document into a database
Experience in keyboard and desktop navigation
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy
Experience in researching and gathering information
A High School diploma or GED
An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-by-year basis
Preferred
Experience with Workday or other Recruiting Systems preferred but not required
