Handle inbound customer calls and emails—solve problems and close sales
Proactively follow up with customers for renewals and upsell opportunities
Make outbound calls (about 30%) to reconnect with prior and potential clients
Partner with account managers to ensure an amazing customer experience

Required

1+ year of customer service, sales, or related experience as well as tech industry experience
Strong communicator with a friendly, approachable style
A self-starter who's hungry to learn and motivated to achieve goals
Comfortable working on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
