Responsibilities

Assist senior team members with sales activities for RFA platforms
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and internal teams
Support product demonstrations and training for healthcare providers
Help identify new business opportunities and expand technology usage
Provide basic product information and answer customer questions
Maintain records and update customer information in CRM systems
Work with the sales team to achieve territory goals and targets
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed
Travel within your territory as required (up to 30%)

Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for building relationships and helping customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
0–2 years of sales, customer service, or healthcare experience (internships or part-time work welcome)
Valid driver's license required; able to travel within assigned territory
Must have a reliable vehicle available for work use

Preferred

Basic understanding of medical devices or healthcare environment
Willingness to learn about RFA systems and women's health technologies
Awareness of hospital and healthcare workflows
Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent experience considered
