Atlantic Health is a healthcare organization seeking an IT Credentialed Trainer Intern to join their Technical Training Team. The Intern will educate system users on various technologies and assist in the development of training materials.

Responsibilities

Acting as an instructor to help train system users across Atlantic Health to utilize various technologies

Shadowing EPIC Training with experienced IT Credentialed Trainers to learn how to support first-time EPIC users through the learning process

Contributing to creation and revision of eLearning modules that provide technical training to AHS staff members

Administrative tasks including but not limited to phone, email and virtual presentations

Assist in creation and validation of training tools which support the education of system users

Follow established program and departmental policies, procedures, and technical standards; and related duties as assigned
