Build the recruiting team from the ground up
Qualification
Required
5+ years in technology recruiting, ideally within AI
You're deeply passionate about your work and possess an unusually strong work ethic
You have an effective approach to sourcing past simple boolean searches on LinkedIn
You're execution-focused and obsessed with making the details great
You're a great written and verbal communicator
