Required

Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology, or a related field, with at least junior year standing

A GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for those with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong analytical and communication abilities, with the capability to present ideas clearly and effectively

Previous experience from individuals who share our passion for the industry and have gained valuable insights through internships, co-op programs, or university projects

Enjoyment of both independent work and teamwork
