O'Connell Electric is seeking a Client Support Intern to assist the IT team in providing effective support to the business community. The intern will engage in desktop support, application support, and training, while also contributing to IT projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist Installing, configuring, monitoring and deploying desktop hardware/software

Process any assigned tickets via the IT Ticket System

Assist Investigating and resolving infrastructure issues and escalated support requests

Updating software/hardware with the latest patches

Provide software applications training

Assist in supporting telecommunications operations

Training the business community on applications and IT best practices

Required

1-2 years at an accredited Information Technology program

Entry level up to 2 years' experience
