Lead the Media Creation engineering team
Manage engineers across iOS, Android, web, and backend
Drive iteration on surfaces like Post Editor, Media Uploader, Content Viewer and Sharing
Partner with cross-functional leaders to ship new UX
Shape how creators engage with their fans on Patreon
Qualification
Required
2+ years of engineering management in a cross-platform team (mobile, web, backend)
You've led the development of consumer-facing product features
You're comfortable with fast-paced iteration, design review, and UX research
You know how to build a healthy, high-trust engineering culture
You're excited about enabling creators to engage more fans
You're aligned with Patreon's mission to fund the creative class
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent
