They are seeking a compassionate Physician Liaison to develop and grow relationships with physician practices and enhance communication between healthcare providers and the company. The role involves outreach, training, and providing information to medical offices to facilitate patient referrals.

Responsibilities

Contact physician offices and demonstrating the highest level of customer service and respect to build a partnership with a physician that patients may be referred to

Learn program policies and procedures, billing processes, and other functions of Giving Home Health Care

Provide information and training to medical offices

Perform daily prospecting, rapport building, and conducting follow ups. Develop outreach strategies and target lists to manage/document ongoing physician outreach activity

Continually develop medical knowledge to effectively engage with healthcare professionals

Communicate urgency to physicians to assess patients and start process to have illnesses approved or declined for program
