Responsibilities

Write product specifications for engineering and data science teams

Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog

Analyze the IT Operations, Cloud Operations, Service Operations market to help clarify our competitive position

Be the CEO for your product area - end-to-end responsibility from idea to production

Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

Deliver Product roadmaps for your area of responsibility

Enable Customer Success teams in go-lives and continuous improvement

Work with Marketing on GTM product assets

Support Sales & Pre-sales in sales cycles and closing deals
