Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic planning, organizing and directing the financial accounting functions of the McBride Orthopedic Hospital and McBride Orthopedic Hospital Physicians
Supervises the accounting and accounts payable functions to ensure that the organizational financial objectives are met or exceeded
Provides leadership and direction in ensuring the efficient, economical and effective utilization of facility resources to meet the identified needs of the service region through medical care and health service programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
A minimum of 3 years hospital finance senior leadership experience required
Strong Leadership and communication skills as well as strong orientation to team work
Able to convey a positive image to the hospital family and community
Preferred
Master's Degree or CPA
5+ years of senior healthcare leadership experience in both the hospital and clinic setting
