Responsibilities
Design and integrate CCD-based vision systems for quality control, including inspection of battery cell components (e.g., electrodes, welds, and casings)
Develop algorithms and software to process and analyze images captured by CCD cameras for real-time defect detection
Collaborate with robotics and automation teams to align vision systems with robotic workflows (e.g., guiding robotic arms or verifying assembly accuracy)
Calibrate and maintain CCD equipment to ensure consistent performance in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Troubleshoot vision system issues and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and reliability
Ensure vision systems meet safety and industry standards for battery manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Optics, or a related field
3+ years of experience working with CCD technology or vision systems, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
Proficiency in image processing software and programming languages (e.g., OpenCV, Python, C++)
Experience with integrating vision systems into automated production lines
Strong understanding of optics, lighting, and sensor technologies
Preferred
Knowledge of battery manufacturing or precision assembly processes is a plus
