Responsibilities

Support Injection Molding Process control and capability using scientific molding principles

Assist with molding improvements to include cycle time efficiencies, cavitation, scrap reduction, and establishment of optimal process parameters

Support process improvement, cost reduction and correction actions teams

Provide technical support for daily processing activities

Assist in the set-up, repair, and troubleshooting of injection molding equipment

Follow all Environmental, health & safety as they apply to the facility & work area

Understand and follow the required safety guidelines such as lockout/tag out use of PPE

Required

Working towards a BS in Engineering with relevant coursework in Engineering/ Plastics Processing/ Manufacturing or related field

Graduating between December 2026 and May 2028

With a GPA of 3.0 or greater

You must have transportation

The position is required to work onsite daily

Preferred

Prior plastics injection molding experience preferred

Familiar with all aspects of scientific injection molding process

Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team-oriented thinking with enthusiasm for continuous learning
