Responsibilities

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures

Handle escalated customer complaints and issues

Train and mentor customer service representatives

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Required

2-20 Property and Casualty License required

5+ years of experience in customer service with 2+ years in a managerial role

Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
