The role focuses on driving growth by developing new business opportunities, building partnerships with clients, and managing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and close new business opportunities across multiple sectors including hospitality, education, healthcare, industrial, retail, and events
Establish trusted relationships with decision-makers, tailoring solutions that align with clients’ operational needs and staffing challenges
Present service offerings that highlight quality, sustainability, and flexibility in both janitorial and staffing
Cross-sell and upsell additional services, identifying ways to provide full-scale solutions to existing clients
Manage and retain existing customer-base by ensuring existing service meets contract and quality standards
Partner with operations and staffing teams to deliver on commitments and ensure client satisfaction
Monitor market trends in commercial services and staffing, keeping strategies competitive and relevant
Manage the sales funnel end-to-end, with accurate forecasting, reporting, and results tracking
Qualification
Required
Proven Sales Background: 2+ years in B2B sales within commercial services, staffing, or related industries
Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create trust and long-lasting client connections
Solutions Mindset: Skilled at problem-solving and designing client-centered service packages
Polished Communicator: Confident in presenting, negotiating, and writing proposals
Values-Driven: Integrity, empathy, and commitment to client success are at the heart of how you work
Dependability: Self-starter with ability to work independently
Goal Oriented: Motivated by targets, accountability, and delivering measurable business growth
Transportation: Has reliable means of transportation
Travel: Willingness to travel around Houston area
Availability: Available to work outside of standard business hours if needed to accommodate client schedules, travel requirements, or participation in trade shows, conferences, networking, and other work-related events
Preferred
Experience with commercial cleaning services or the janitorial industry
Established network within hospitality, industrial, or institutional facilities
CRM experience for managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales
