Responsibilities
Develop and run performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios
Monitor system metrics and analyze application performance under load
Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts on performance requirements
Document results and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure compliance with IRS standards and federal guidelines
Qualification
Required
Must have active IRS MBI clearance with IRS laptop and badge
5+ years of performance testing experience
Hands-on expertise with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad
Strong SQL skills for backend validation and test data prep
Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud environments and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
