BizFirst LLC is a specialized management consulting firm supporting the federal government with strategic project execution and financial process optimization. They are seeking a OneStream / PPBE Analyst to provide expertise in financial planning and analysis, specifically related to the DoD PPBE process, while supporting USSOCOM's Resource Management System.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in the DoD/USSOCOM PPBE process, including budget formulation, justification, and execution

Implement, configure, and optimize OneStream Commercial Off-the-Shelf Planning and Analytics solutions

Support integration of OneStream with Microsoft SQL Server and related data environments

Assist with development and delivery of system training, user documentation, and process improvement initiatives

Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to leadership to support resource allocation and strategic planning

Develop and maintain business rules, reports, and dashboards in OneStream to align with USSOCOM requirements

Coordinate across functional and technical teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent system or process issues

Support stakeholder engagements, technical working groups, and program reviews

Contribute to the development of financial models, documentation, and briefings

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline, or 8 years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree

Experience with USSOCOM OR PPBE process is a must. Experience with both strongly preferred

Recent and relevant experience (2-3 years) with OneStream Commercial off the shelf Planning and Analytics implementation

If lieu of OneStream experience, technical skills covering cube design, workflows, data integration, SQL, and writing business rules in VB.NET. Prior experience with EPM desired

Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
