Responsibilities

Represent clients in construction litigation, including disputes related to contracts, project delays, defects, and payment issues

Handle dispute resolution litigation, encompassing mediation, arbitration, and courtroom proceedings for business-related conflicts

Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

Participate in all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals

Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys to achieve optimal client outcomes

Provide clear, strategic advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication

Manage multiple cases efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
