They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for their Growth team, who will drive adoption and revenue by owning end-to-end experiments and building production-ready features across their Django backend and React/Next.js frontend.

Responsibilities

Own experiments end-to-end: scoping with PMs, prototyping with designers, instrumenting with data, and building production-ready features
Work full stack across our Django backend and React/Next.js frontend, balancing speed of iteration with quality and maintainability

Required

5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally across both frontend and backend
Thrive in the Build–Measure–Learn loop: designing, running, and analyzing experiments at high velocity
Comfortable working with Django and React (Next.js/Typescript)
Write production-quality code and advocate for automated testing, even under rapid iteration
User-obsessed: empathetic, curious, and motivated to solve real problems for real people
Bring sound engineering judgment and have a bias to action—knowing when to ship scrappy and when to build scalable

Preferred

Experience building lead generation pipelines
Experience working in martech
Startup experience (not required, but we build and move fast!)
