Remote Sales Agent

The Gainey Agency is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work remotely. This role involves delivering client-focused service, identifying life insurance solutions, and supporting policy servicing activities while contributing to team sales performance.

Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound client outreach to assess needs and present suitable insurance products
Guide clients through product selection, policy details, and underwriting requirements with clear, accurate information
Support policy maintenance tasks, including processing endorsements, updates, and basic claims assistance while maintaining accurate records
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships founded on trust, responsiveness, and professional service
Document client interactions and outcomes in the CRM and follow established compliance procedures
Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, share best practices, and meet team goals
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, regulations, and market trends

Required

U.S. residency (required) and the ability to work remotely within the United States
At least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check
Active life insurance license preferred; willingness to obtain required licenses (assistance provided) is acceptable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adaptable to change
Proficient with standard business technology (phone systems, video conferencing, CRM software) and able to maintain accurate digital records

Preferred

Previous sales or insurance customer service experience
Familiarity with CRM tools and remote sales processes
