They are seeking a Nuclear Training Instructor responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for personnel in nuclear facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a skilled workforce.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver classroom, simulator, and on-the-job training for nuclear plant personnel (e.g., operators, technicians, engineers)

Maintain training materials in compliance with INPO, NRC, and site-specific requirements

Conduct evaluations, exams, and performance assessments to ensure knowledge retention and skill proficiency

Participate in the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation

Support continuing training, initial licensing, and requalification programs

Maintain accurate training records and documentation

Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees and junior instructors

Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements
