Podcast Strategy & Production
Collaborate on high-level podcast strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals
Support monthly production, including editing and repurposing content into short-form videos (2 shorts/month minimum)
Write run sheets for each episode, ensuring smooth recording sessions
Assist with guest preparation, scheduling, and overall episode workflow
Content Planning & Optimization
Develop and manage a content calendar across podcasts, YouTube, and supporting platforms
Identify content opportunities that align with audience interests and industry trends
Optimize published content for reach, engagement, and conversions
Qualification
Required
Creative and organized mindset
Experience with YouTube channel creation and optimization
