Responsibilities

Prospect & Qualify Leads: Conduct thorough market research, build targeted lead lists, and execute cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings

Handle Objections Like a Pro: Confidently address pushback, reframe conversations, and turn “I’m busy” into “Tell me more,” ensuring prospects stay engaged

Collaborate with AEs: Partner closely with Account Executives to advance opportunities, share prospect insights, and maintain smooth handoffs through the sales funnel

Drive Performance & Smash Targets: Consistently hit (and exceed) weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue influenced

Optimize Sales Process: Track outreach activity, analyze conversion data, and provide feedback to continuously improve messaging and targeting

CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring all prospect touchpoints, notes, and next steps are logged for visibility and follow-up
