Preparing for and appearing at state court hearings
Drafting and responding to discovery, and reviewing opposing parties’ responses
Drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment
Qualification
Required
new or recently admitted Associate Attorneys (0–2 years of experience)
passionate about litigation
ability to prepare for and appear at state court hearings
experience in drafting and responding to discovery
experience in reviewing opposing parties' responses
experience in drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment
