Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on LATAM markets
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals
Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners
Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience
Analyze team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
Attend and lead team participation in LATAM expos, conferences, and client meetings
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or sales management, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and partners
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Analytical skills to assess team performance and market trends
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Preferred
Experience working in the LATAM markets
Familiarity with online trading platforms and financial products
Established network of contacts within the financial services industry
