Build relationships with hospitals, health networks, PE healthcare investors, and academic institutions
Establish strategic integrations with EHRs and other healthcare tech platforms
Drive adoption in high-burden specialties (e.g., emergency medicine, internal medicine)
Enable partner channels like healthcare consultants and implementation specialists
Represent Claio.ai at conferences (HIMSS, med-tech summits)
Publish thought leadership on AI in healthcare workflows
Own the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach to contract and post-deployment success
Collaborate with internal clinical experts and iterate partnership models quickly
Qualification
Required
Experience in partnership development within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of healthcare systems and EHR integrations
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience representing a company at industry conferences
Ability to publish thought leadership content
Strong project management skills to oversee the partnership lifecycle
