Fieldcrest Ventures is launching CORVIDA, a modern alternative to family offices for affluent families. The Customer Success Manager will deliver exceptional concierge-level service for high net worth families, ensuring seamless financial management and communication between clients and advisors.

Responsibilities
Partner with a dedicated CPA to deliver seamless financial services support
Serve as the primary point of contact for all non-tax service needs
Coordinate bill payment, vendor management, and administrative tasks
Ensure <15 minute response times for routine requests
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Bridge communications between clients, their CPA, and external advisors
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a financial services environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with high net worth clients
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate client needs
Experience working with CPAs or financial advisors
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with AI-driven financial management tools
Familiarity with high net worth family dynamics and financial needs
Background in concierge services or luxury service industries
